Job summary

CrestCura Energy Services LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing utility-scale PV and BESS projects, driving execution from development through commissioning. You will coordinate among clients, developers, EPCs, OEMs, and consultants to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with commercial goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in renewable energy project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of managing schedules, budgets, risks, and contracts

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS projects.
• Proven track record managing projects through development, engineering, construction and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of PV and BESS technologies, including system design and performance.
• Experience with EPC contracts, project finance stakeholders, and owner's engineer functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Manager representing CrestCura on assigned PV and/or BESS projects.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout across all phases.
• Coordinate between clients, developers, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical oversight on PV and BESS system design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, contractual, and commercial issues.
• Support contract negotiations and review key project agreements (EPC, supply, O&M, interconnection).
• Develop and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates to clients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CrestCura’s project management methodologies and best practices.

This roleis responsible fordriving project execution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery from development through commissioning and closeout.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in renewable energy project delivery, strong client management skills, and the ability tooperateas a trusted advisor across technical and commercial domains.

• Serve as the primary Project ManagerrepresentingCrestCuraon assigned PV and/or BESS projects or portfolios

• Act as thecentral pointof coordination between clients, developers, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and other stakeholders

• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes

• Provide strategic guidance and technical oversight on PV and BESS system design, procurement, construction, and commissioning

• Proventrack recordmanaging projects through development, engineering, construction, and commissioning phases

• Strong understanding of PV and BESS technologies, including system design, performance, and key OEMs

• Experience working with EPC contracts, project finance stakeholders, and owner’s engineer functions

• Proficiencyin project management tools and methodologies (e.g., scheduling, risk management, cost control)

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects or a portfolio in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification, PE license, or other advanced degree

• Experience withan IPP, Utility, or EPC in a Project Management role

• Familiarity with grid interconnection processes and utility coordination

• Experience in an advisory, owner’s engineer, or consulting role
