Job Summary

Access and Patient Support Senior Project Managers are responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects, which may include single or multiple projects and/or programs. They work within constraints of budget, schedule, and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. This role enables the organization to drive complex and transformative patient support programs through disciplined project and change management strategies to market. They must have advanced knowledge and skills to organize project teams, establish schedules, assign responsibilities, integrate vendor tasks, and determine resource requirements while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications
  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Experience managing projects/programs from concept to completion, including planning, estimating, controls, procurement, and closeout
  • Excellent communication and people skills; ability to present complex information clearly to all levels
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Regular reporting on progress, metrics, and issues
  • Experience working with business and IT leads for staffing and support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and recommend solutions for product launches, discontinuations, vendor integrations, and operational efficiencies
  • Manage program budget, scope, client deliverables, and timelines
  • Proactively recommend program improvements to enhance service value
  • Present program updates and status to clients and leadership
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors
  • Recommend platform and integration updates to align with strategy and industry trends
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to streamline processes
  • Monitor team backlog and prioritize activities
  • Suggest new practices, processes, and metrics
  • Determine methods for completing new projects independently
  • Manage all project communications
  • Report on progress, issues, and impacts regularly
  • Collaborate with business and IT leads on staffing and support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Training and Work Schedule

Mandatory new hire training is scheduled from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. This position is full-time (40 hours/week), with flexibility to work any shift within Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CST.

Remote Work Details

You will work remotely full-time, requiring a dedicated, quiet, distraction-free environment with high-speed internet. The company provides necessary technology and equipment, but you are responsible for maintaining high-speed internet with specific requirements (e.g., download speed of 15 Mbps, upload speed of 5 Mbps, ping max 30ms, wired connection).

Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated hourly range: $103,500 - $147,900. Bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package are included, covering health, wellness, retirement, and work-life resources.
