Job Summary

Access and Patient Support Senior Project Managers manage the execution of programs and projects, working within budget, schedule, and scope constraints while managing risks and ensuring process adherence. They lead complex patient support programs through disciplined project management and change strategies, organizing teams, establishing schedules, and coordinating vendor tasks to meet quality standards.

Qualifications
  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, including planning, controls, procurement, and closeout
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex information effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Regularly report on project metrics and issues
  • Collaborate with business and IT leads for staffing and support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and recommend solutions for product launches, discontinuations, vendor integrations, and operational efficiencies
  • Manage program budget, scope, deliverables, and timelines daily
  • Proactively recommend enhancements to services and platforms
  • Present program updates to clients and leadership
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors
  • Streamline processes with internal teams
  • Prioritize activities to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Lead or participate in complex projects and develop new practices
  • Manage all project communications and report on progress
  • Work with staffing and support teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Lead large-scale projects and make impactful decisions
  • Interact with various management levels and mentor colleagues
Training and Work Schedule

Mandatory new hire training from 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts during Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-7:00 pm CST.

Remote Work Details

Work remotely in a dedicated, distraction-free environment with high-speed internet. Equipment is provided; internet must meet specific speed and stability requirements, including wired connection and surge protection.

Additional Information

Estimated hourly range: $103,500 - $147,900. Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits are included. Application deadline: 07/13/2025.
