Job Summary

Access and Patient Support Senior Project Managers are responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects, which may include single or multiple projects and/or programs. They work within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. This role enables the organization to drive complex and transformative patient support programs through disciplined project and change management strategies to market. They must have advanced knowledge and skills to organize project teams, establish schedules, assign responsibilities, integrate vendor tasks, and determine resource requirements while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications
  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
  • 5-10 years’ experience
  • Experience managing projects/programs from concept to completion, including presentations, planning, estimating, controls, procurement, administration, and closeout
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively to all levels
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Regular reporting on progress, costs, schedules, and issues
  • Experience collaborating with business and IT leads for staffing and development support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and recommend solutions for product launches, discontinuations, vendor integrations, and operational efficiencies
  • Manage program budget, scope, deliverables, timelines, and artifacts
  • Proactively recommend program enhancements to add value
  • Present program updates to clients and leadership, including status, issues, and risks
  • Lead communication and coordination with third-party vendors
  • Recommend improvements to platform and vendor integration strategies
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to streamline processes
  • Prioritize team activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Suggest new practices, processes, metrics, or models
  • Determine methods for completing new projects independently
  • Manage all project communications and reporting
  • Collaborate with business and IT leads for staffing and support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Training and Work Schedule

Mandatory new hire training: 8:00am-5:00pm CST. Full-time position (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts during Monday-Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm CST.

Remote Work Details

This is a full-time remote position requiring a dedicated, quiet environment with high-speed internet. Equipment will be provided, but internet access must meet specified requirements, including download speeds of 15Mbps, upload speeds of 5Mbps, and a maximum ping of 30ms. The connection must be hardwired to the router with surge protection.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated hourly range: $103,500 - $147,900. Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits including health coverage, paid time off, HSA, 401k, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, work-life resources, paid parental leave, and health programs.
