Job summary

NEON, part of Omnicom's network, seeks a Project and Program Manager to lead projects from start to finish, overseeing planning, staffing, scheduling, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, quality, and cost. You will manage risks, coordinate resources, and keep stakeholders informed.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and coordinating with suppliers as necessary to meet organisational objectives.

Job Description:

Utilizes specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee specific components of larger initiatives. Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes.

Leads or coordinates projects and programs from initiation through completion, overseeing planning, resourcing, staffing, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery. Manages project progress, risks, and issues, and provides regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet agreed requirements for scope, quality, reliability, timeline, and cost.
Coordinates cross-functional teams, resources, and, where applicable, suppliers or subcontractors, and monitors performance against plans. Identifies and recommends adjustments to schedules, budgets, or resourcing to address changing requirements or risks, ensuring projects and programs are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organisational objectives.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
