Job summary

MPI, a growing Wisconsin builder, is seeking a Sr./Project Manager to independently lead commercial construction projects in the Milwaukee area from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships while mentoring Project Engineers, APMs, and junior staff. This role supports healthcare, education, mixed-use, corporate and commercial markets with strong project stability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Ability to independently lead building and construction projects.
  • Experience delivering ground-up and large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of budgets, buyout, forecasting, scheduling and contracts.
  • Confident communicator in client-facing situations.
  • Experience collaborating with field teams, owners and design professionals.
  • Background in healthcare, education, mixed-use, corporate, commercial, or institutional construction preferred.
  • Comfortable operating within a growing organization where adaptability and initiative are valued.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Sr./ Project Manager will:

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr./ Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
