We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Corporate Sustainability Programs Project Manager to coordinate and operate Sustainability / ESG programs and associated reporting for Skyworks' worldwide operations, supporting our commitment to sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement corporate sustainability strategies aligned with Skyworks Sustainability Policy, RBA Code of Conduct, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams including Legal, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and others to identify and promote sustainability initiatives.
• Performance Metrics: Create KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sustainability programs, drive continuous improvement, and report progress to senior management.
• Global Regulations: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of worldwide sustainability and ESG regulations, including EU CSRD, SEC Climate Disclosure Rule, CA SB253 and SB261, UFLPA, and Dodd-Frank (Conflict Minerals).
• Transparency / Disclosure: Manage external disclosures for the Skyworks Sustainability Report (aligned with SASB and TCFD), CDP, and Ecovadis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience supporting Sustainability / ESG initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with supplier risk assessments and RBA’s SAQ and VAP processes.
• Participation in VAP and ISO14001 audits.
• Understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 CO2e calculation methodologies per the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
• Familiarity with SASB and TCFD reporting frameworks.
• Experience with public disclosure platforms like CDP and Ecovadis.
• Knowledge of Conflict Minerals (Dodd-Frank) and Responsible Minerals Sourcing (OECD DD Standard).
• Willingness to travel (~10%).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project; experience with Tableau and Gensuite preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics sectors is a plus.

This position can be based in Irvine, Newbury Park, or San Jose, CA.

The typical base pay range for this role in the U.S. is USD $112,500 - $215,900 per year. Starting salary depends on experience, skills, education, and location. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, paid time off, and performance-based incentives.
