Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP or PMI certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience managing high-profile/complex projects in a regulated environment.
  • Healthcare/medical device experience is a plus.

The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.Position SummaryThe Sr. Project Manager manages business-critical, and customer-facing projects/programs through application of standard project management practices to drive consistency and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. This position will be accountable for driving project completion through all stages of the project (Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing), ensuring stakeholder engagement, and developing and executing project communication and change management plans. This includes gaining stakeholder alignment on project scope, workstreams, key milestones, project budget, and Key Process Indicators (KPIs), developing project plans, forming project teams, facilitating meetings, identifying, and managing dependencies, and providing escalation of issues and risks. Lead multiple and more complex projects simultaneously and be involved in developing key processes related to project management as well as working with leaders to prioritize work and measure outcomes.
