Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Strategy Enablement Project Professional to lead project management activities across the Strategy Enablement team. You will establish governance, standardize processes, and align portfolios with strategic goals to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

You will facilitate staffing and prioritization, assign project managers and SMEs to prioritized projects, and collaborate with HR stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration with 7 years in health care, health insurance, or strategy consulting, or 11 years in same fields.
  • Management experience including hiring and staff training.
  • Experience with enterprise-wide project coordination, facilitation, presentation, and leadership.
  • Knowledge of field sales operations and business strategies in the insurance industry.
  • Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills.
  • Inspirational leadership and talent management experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication to direct management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage projects of varying size and complexity from end to end.

Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Planning And Managing Projects Of Various Sizes And Complexity. Being Accountable For End-To-End Delivery Of A Project Including Managing The Cost / Budget, Schedule & Dependencies, Resources, Scope, Quality, And Risk. Ensuring The Work Of The Project Is Aligned With The Stated Business Objectives; Providing A Blend Of Technical And Business Acumen To Drive The Design, Development And Implementation Of Strategic It Projects; Building A Sufficient Level Of Knowledge Of It Products And Lob To Enable Targeted Probing Of Delivery Feasibility And Conflicts With Other Projects. Setting And Managing Customer Expectations; Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Project Stakeholders To Obtain Project Objectives While Working In A Matrix Project Environment. Driving Deliverables And Activities With Pdl And It Product Managers Or Their Program Manager By Removing Barriers, And Escalating Risk/Issues. A Comprehensive Understanding Of Systems Development Lifecycles And Methodologies. Basic Understanding Of It Architecture, Infrastructure And Networking.

(HR Strategy Enablement)

The Strategy Enablement Project Professional will help to develop the framework for and lead project management activities across the Strategy Enablement team in partnership with the team. This includes establishing governance frameworks, standardizing processes and approaches, and aligning project portfolios with strategic goals to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

This position is responsible for planning and managing projects of various sizes and complexity; Being accountable for end-to-end delivery of a project including managing the cost / budget, schedule & dependencies, resources, scope, quality, and risk; ensuring the work of the project is aligned with the stated business objectives; providing a blend of project and HR/business acumen to drive the design, development and implementation of strategic HR projects; setting and managing customer expectations; developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders to obtain project objectives while working in a matrix project environment; driving deliverables and activities and escalating risk/issues;

This role will facilitate the project staffing and prioritization process in concert with HR strategy, assigning Strategy Enablement resources (i.e., project managers, generalists, and functional SMEs) to prioritized projects and enlisting expert support (i.e., HRBPs, COEs, journeys, HR Tech, or change management / comms). In addition, this role will train project managers on the team in skills, tools, and best practices to build project management capabilities within the team.

Required Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration and 7 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 11 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting.

$92,700.00 - $167,500.00
