FITS LLC in the Capital Projects sector is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the development and execution of pharmaceutical capital projects. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination across cross-functional teams to meet schedule and quality goals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of project management experience in pharma industry.
• Spanish and English bilingual with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement various projects.
• Manage budgets and cross-functional team members.
• Manage all aspects of projects including scope development, initial design, permits, bidding & proposal evaluation.
• Create budgets, scheduling construction, overseeing field operations, change control, commissioning, and validation.
• Coordinate with production areas to meet project schedule objectives.
• Develop status reports, cost estimates, and resource plans.
