This position involves planning, coordinating, and supervising onsite construction engineering activities, serving as the liaison with architects, engineers, and owners to ensure smooth progress and changes are communicated clearly.

The role reports daily to the project site and requires travel.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering, construction management or related degree.
• 4–5 years of relevant professional experience or related construction internship.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification preferred.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to be self-directed in problem-solving.
• Proactive attitude with commitment to safety.
• Role reports to project site daily and travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for resolution and tracking of project issues.
• Manage all project document control.
• Process submittals and RFIs.
• Support procurement in distribution of bidding documents and tracking of bidders.
• Prepare and issue meeting minutes.
• Assist with planning and managing site logistics.
• Enforce corporate safety policies on jobsite.
• Review contractor quotations for changes and process change orders.
• Manage plan review and approvals with local and state municipalities.

• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience or related construction internship experience.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification preferred.
