Rehlko is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Supplier Quality in Wisconsin for a hybrid role based in Kohler. The position focuses on planning, coordinating, and supporting engineering projects from concept to completion while working with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, scope adherence, and quality targets.

• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the project.
• Interface with vendors to ensure technical and delivery expectations are met.
• Perform assignments of a complicated nature.
• Participate in project reviews and continuous improvement efforts
• Operate independently with limited guidance from managers and/or senior engineers.
• Support or leads multiple projects concurrently.
• Leads the technical work of projects and other supplier quality initiatives.
• Manages all assigned New Product Development (NPD) supplier quality duties.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports, risk assessments, and change management documentation.
• Independently prioritizes and executes tasks with the customer in mind.
• Demonstrates and acts on quality traits: analytical, hands-on, high standards, facilitating and systematic.
• Proficient in Supplier Quality Engineering and problem-solving tools
• Able to identify systemic root causes of quality issues.
