• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology program (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related).
• 4+ years of quality/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project life cycles, and documentation practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 50% and US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure alignment across all project phases.
• Interface with vendors to meet technical and delivery expectations.
• Lead the technical work of projects and supplier quality initiatives.
• Manage all assigned NPD supplier quality duties and audits.
• Track progress, prepare status reports, risk assessments, and change documentation.
