Position Overview
The Sr. Project Engineer is an owner/operator team member who owns the coordination, readiness, and follow-through for assigned scopes across data center projects. Reporting to the Construction Manager or Sr. Construction Manager who leads their assigned scope and working closely with the Sr Construction Managers (CSA, MEP, and BTM/Substation/BESS), this role goes beyond tracking information — it actively drives closure across multiple parties, frames issues with recommended next steps, and keeps the owner team’s visibility decision-ready.
The Sr. Project Engineer is a force multiplier for the Construction Managers: reducing leadership blind spots, anticipating readiness and coordination risks before they impact the project, and mentoring Project Engineers. This role bridges project controls and construction management.
