Sr. Project Architect- Data Center (Remote)

We are seeking a talented Data Center Architect with a strong focus on data center design and management providing strategic technical guidance. This role is ideal for a professional ready to leverage their expertise in creating detailed architectural plans and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design: Lead the design of data center projects, creating detailed architectural plans that meet client specifications and industry standards.
2. Documentation: Oversee the comprehensive project documentation process, from drawings and specifications to contracts, and manage construction administration to uphold quality and alignment with design intent.
3. Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, construction, and IT teams to integrate architectural designs with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
4. Project Management: Support project managers in overseeing the design phase, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any design-related issues.

Required Knowledge And Skills

1. Architectural Expertise: Strong background in architectural design, with experience in the AEC industry and a deep understanding of data center requirements.
2. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
3. Coordination Skills: Ability to work closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
