Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Program Specialist in Duluth, GA, on a Hybrid schedule. You’ll oversee building technology projects including Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, Security, CCTV, and Life Safety Systems throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review contracts, monitor budgets and schedules, and drive timely delivery while ensuring accuracy and compliance in estimation and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management in building automation systems, data centers, or construction with focus on estimation, execution and budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

Job description

As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you’ll be the operational backbone for building technology projects, including Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, Security, CCTV, and Life Safety Systems . You’ll expertly navigate the complete project lifecycle, from initial pre-sales and development through delivery and close-out for our ongoing customer and product support initiatives.

You will report directly to our Sr Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Duluth, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, Your expertise in estimation, contract review, budgeting, and cost controls will be critical in streamlining processes, enhancing performance, and achieving successful outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing project charters, risk plans, schedules, and financial targets for successful delivery.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5 years of experience in program or project management experience in building automation systems or data centers or construction, with a focus on estimation, project execution and budgeting.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
