In this role, you will be responsible for standing up and managing a large-scale program supporting a complex technology initiative. While this is not a hands‑on technical role, you will serve as the critical connective tissue between product, technology, and business teams — ensuring alignment, driving accountability, and delivering results on behalf of our customers.

  • Establish and lead program governance for a large technology initiative, including defining program structure, milestones, cadences, and reporting mechanisms
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and status reporting for executive leadership
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across product management, engineering, and business stakeholder teams to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Create and manage executive-level communications including business reviews, program updates, and leadership narratives
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and blockers; elevate appropriately and drive resolution
  • Design and implement scalable program management processes, tools, and mechanisms that can be leveraged across the organization
  • Facilitate decision‑making across teams by synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Track and report on key program metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across workstreams
A day in the life

You’ll start your morning by leading a cross‑functional sync with product and engineering partners to establish the risk level of their swimlane. Midday, you’ll draft executive updates, refine program timelines, and facilitate decision‑making meetings with senior leaders. Afternoons are spent removing blockers for delivery teams, aligning stakeholders on shifting priorities, and building mechanisms that keep the program running smoothly. No two days look the same — but every day centers on driving clarity, alignment, and momentum across a complex technology initiative.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
