You will define strategy, own end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership on a global scale. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program management, strong data-driven decision-making, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders across regions and functions.

The Transparency team is seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Program Manager who will lead our FC authentication experience. To be successful in this role, you must have a high-level knowledge of FCs, and display a high Bias for Action and Ownership. You must be an effective communicator, and be able to leverage your expertise to convince stakeholders. You will work directly with engineering, business and operations stakeholders to define strategy and requirements, and then lead projects from design through delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
