Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to architect cross-functional programs that scale growth across FBA segments. You will define systems, ownership models, and operating rhythms spanning product, tech, supply chain, and seller experience.

WW FBA Growth Segments is a newly formed team chartered to change that. We focus on the product categories where FBA's addressable market is massive but where structural barriers (cost economics, fulfillment complexity, catalog gaps, and seller trust) have kept adoption well below potential. Think high-value electronics, heavy and bulky goods, multi-component products, and emerging marketplace segments that collectively represent hundreds of billions in opportunity.

We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who wants to build something from the ground up. This role isn't about tracking status or chasing updates. It's about architecting the programs, mechanisms, and cross-functional operating rhythm that drive step-function growth across these under-penetrated segments. You'll operate at the intersection of product, technology, supply chain, and seller experience, orchestrating initiatives that span multiple VP organizations, hundreds of fulfillment centers, and global marketplaces.

The right person thinks in systems and communicates with precision. You build mechanisms that outlast any single initiative. You're comfortable making high-judgment calls at ambiguous system boundaries, driving alignment across teams you don't own, and delivering programs where the coordination complexity is the hard problem. You use AI and automation as force multipliers, not as buzzwords, but as practical tools to accelerate decision-making and execution at scale.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
