Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager to oversee new vehicle program management, launch readiness, and KPI tracking. You will coordinate part availability, ensure programs meet schedules and budget, and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a drive for results, strategy, and ownership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset to foster collaboration and deliver results.
  • Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, ERP (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, and Smartsheets.

Responsibilities

  • Support program management activities for new vehicle programs and launches.
  • Develop and track KPIs relating to sourcing, vendor tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launch.
  • Manage part availability for all prototype build phases.
  • Ensure new vehicle programs are on time, on budget, and meet quality requirements.
  • Support project initiatives across all Supply Chain functions providing analysis, coordination, and implementation; lead formal reporting and recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, central PMO, supplier quality, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
  • Lead escalations with leadership when problems arise and develop mitigation plans to resolve.

We are currently seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager.

You Will:

  • Support program management activities for new vehicle programs and launches

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline required; Master's or advanced degree preferred
