Lucid is seeking a Senior Program Manager who will play a key role in supporting the supplier industrialization team. This position is responsible for leading supplier deliverables and ensuring these results are closely aligned with the objectives and timelines set by the vehicle program management group. The Senior Program Manager will respond proactively to any contingencies that arise, providing guidance and support to ensure that the group consistently delivers high‑quality products on schedule.
Base Pay Range (Annual): $146,100 — $200,860 USD. Compensation is specific to the locations listed and reflects the position’s factors. Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Eligible employees may participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
