  • Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and continuous support to stakeholders on KPI dashboards, metrics usage, and data interpretation.
  • Contribute to both strategic and tactical planning discussions, translating business objectives into executable program plans.
  • Track and drive execution against key milestones and deliverables to ensure on‑time, high‑quality program launches.
  • Engage directly with suppliers to review program timelines, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and challenge processes, assumptions, and delivery plans as needed.
  • Exercise sound judgment to determine when issues can be resolved within the working team versus when escalation is required, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Influence cross‑functional partners to identify data‑driven improvement opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of Supplier Industrialization Engineering (SIE) programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging tools, and regulatory considerations related to program management and supplier industrialization.
  • Travel domestically and internationally, including short‑notice and extended assignments, to support manufacturing and supplier readiness activities.
You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5 – 7 years of automotive program management experience in any of these commodities: Stamping, Casting, Injection molding or Interiors (Interior cabin, passive safety, seats).
  • Proven experience in verbal and written communication, collaboration, technical writing and presentation.
  • Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a dynamic/start‑up environment is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Project. Working knowledge of Smartsheet, SAP, JIRA, Tableau, and any costing software is a plus.
