Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead and optimize program delivery across vehicle programs within the Supply Chain. You will define KPIs, drive scheduling and cost controls, and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure timely launches.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, 10+ years of PM or supply chain experience, and a track record of developing direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, supply chain, or related field.
  • 5 years directly managing, mentoring and developing direct reports.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, ownership, and executive communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, SAP or equivalent, Tableau and Smartsheet.
  • Prior automotive industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program management execution for new vehicle programs and launches within Supply Chain.
  • Define, develop, and track KPIs related to sourcing, tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launch readiness.
  • Manage part availability across all prototype build phases; mitigate risks.
  • Drive program execution to keep programs on schedule, on budget, and within quality requirements.
  • Provide analysis, coordination, and execution support; lead formal reporting and insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Central PMO, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
  • Lead and develop a team of Program Managers supporting vehicle programs and initiatives.
  • Identify issues and lead escalations with leadership; develop recovery plans.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline
Master’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline

Lucid is seeking aSenior Manager, Program Management to support the Supply Chain organization. This role is responsible for leading program management activities for new vehicle programs and launches, sourcing activities, ensuring alignment and execution across the Supply Chain team to deliver on cost, timing, and quality objectives.

You will:
  • Lead program management execution for new vehicle programs and launch activities within Supply Chain.
  • Define, develop, and track KPIs related to sourcing, supplier tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launch readiness.
  • Manage part availability across all prototype build phases, ensuring timely readiness and risk mitigation.
  • Drive program execution to ensure new vehicle programs remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality requirements.
  • Support cross-functional project initiatives across Supply Chain functions by providing analysis, coordination, and execution support; lead formal program reporting, insights, and recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Central PMO, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure integrated program delivery.
  • Lead and develop a team of Program Managers supporting vehicle programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively identify issues, lead escalations when required, and develop recovery and mitigation plans in collaboration with leadership.

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Generally, requires 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Generally, requires5 years directly managing, mentoring and developing direct reports, supporting both technical growth and career progression.
  • Proven ability to operate as an open-minded, self-directed leader who can adapt, problem-solve, and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative, team-first approach that enables effective cross-functional execution.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and program management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, and Smartsheet.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively and effectively mitigate unforeseen challenges.
  • Prior automotive industry experience.
Preferred:
  • Master’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
