Job summary

Lucid Motors in Michigan is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager to oversee supply chain activities for new vehicle programs and launches.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and procurement to keep programs on schedule and within budget. The role requires a bachelor's in engineering or related field and at least 5 years of experience, with strong analytical, communication, and ERP skills (SAP or equivalent).

• Ensure programs meet quality, schedule, and budget targets; provide analysis and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional reporting and mitigation planning with engineering, PMO, supplier quality, manufacturing, and logistics.

We are currently seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager. The purpose of this role is to oversee all supply chain activities relating to new vehicle programs and launches.

You Will:

• Support program management activities for new vehicle programs and launches
• Develop and track KPIs relating to sourcing, vendor tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launch
• Manage part availability for all prototype build phases
• Ensure new vehicle programs are on time, on budget, and meet quality requirements
• Support project initiatives across all Supply Chain functions providing analysis, coordination, and implementation; Lead formal reporting and recommendations
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, central PMO, supplier quality, manufacturing, and logistics teams
• Lead escalations with leadership when problems arise and develop mitigation plans to resolve

You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline required; Master's or advanced degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in related field required
• Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership that leads to effective hands-on execution
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help identify opportunities, resolve problems, develop best practices, and deliver optimal results
• Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities
• Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, Smartsheets
• Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively
