R2L is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience. Your focus will be owning and executing strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for the Same Day ROOT team. This role requires robust understanding of under-the-roof fulfillment operations including inventory flows, constrained fulfillment center assets (capacity and labor) and fulfillment technologies. You will play a critical role in scoping large projects, communicating to senior leadership on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
