About The Team

As part of the Business Operations and Programs team, the Transformation team leads internal programs to achieve strategic objectives, focusing on efficient execution, stakeholder alignment, and clear communication. We are passionate about change management, transformation, and AI initiatives.

About The Role

The Sr. Program Manager will support strategic programs within Global Services, establishing program structures, governance, and building cross-functional relationships. You will need strong project management skills, decision-making ability, and adaptability, with accountability for project outcomes.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project/program management experience, leading global enterprise SaaS programs.
• Experience in change management initiatives.
