Dahl Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Epic Payer Platform in Madison, WI. The role blends business and IT leadership to implement, expand, and sustain Epic Payer Platform programs for health system partners. Hybrid work requires onsite three days a week (Tue–Thu) with close coordination with Epic and stakeholders.

You will guide end-to-end implementations, help recruit and onboard new customers, and drive governance, risk, and value measurement across initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing complex programs or projects across multiple business and IT functions.
• Ability to provide program leadership and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Support platform configuration for both new and existing capabilities.

• Establish and maintain strong program governance, including proactive risk and issue management and reporting.
• Track, measure, and report on internal program success and value delivered to health system partners.
• Provide direction to other team members while independently managing advanced program responsibilities.
• Manage highly visible Epic initiatives that span multiple business and IT areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager - Epic Payer Platform to support our client, a healthcare organization based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

This role is responsible for the implementation, expansion, and ongoing success of an Epic Payer Platform program supporting health system partners.

The Senior Program Manager will oversee highly visible initiatives that span business and IT teams, partnering closely with internal stakeholders, health system partners, and Epic to support successful program delivery.

This position follows a hybrid work arrangement, with onsite work expected an average of three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.

• Epic Payer Platform (EPP) experience.
