Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Epic Payer Platform in Madison, WI. The role blends business and IT leadership to implement, expand, and sustain Epic Payer Platform programs for health system partners. Hybrid work requires onsite three days a week (Tue–Thu) with close coordination with Epic and stakeholders.

You will guide end-to-end implementations, help recruit and onboard new customers, and drive governance, risk, and value measurement across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience beyond degree requirements.
• Experience managing complex programs or projects across multiple business and IT functions.
• Ability to provide program leadership and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Epic Payer Platform capabilities for health system partners.
• Support the recruitment and implementation of new customers.
• Expand existing Epic Payer Platform capabilities and support the implementation of new capabilities.
• Partner with internal business owners and IT teams to coordinate downstream capabilities and program requirements.
• Support platform configuration for both new and existing capabilities.
• Provide leadership and consultation to internal teams supporting current use cases and the development of additional use cases.
• Partner with Epic and other key stakeholders to ensure the appropriate resources and skills are available for successful program delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong program governance, including proactive risk and issue management and reporting.
• Track, measure, and report on internal program success and value delivered to health system partners.
• Provide direction to other team members while independently managing advanced program responsibilities.
• Manage highly visible Epic initiatives that span multiple business and IT areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
