Responsibilities

• Partner closely with engineering leaders to address technical issues and provide updates.
• Anticipate and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and mentor junior program managers.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Engineering (Hybrid) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive complex, cross-functional engineering programs end-to-end, ensuring priorities stay aligned across partner teams and leadership. The position will support strategic planning cycles, help surface and resolve technical and organizational risks, and keep execution moving in a fast-paced, technically sophisticated environment. Success in this role will require strong executive presence, the ability to influence without authority, and close partnership with engineering leaders to deliver clear, timely updates and accountable outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $215,000 annually

Responsibilities
