Job description

We are seeking a strategic, outcomes-driven Program Manager with strong Agile/Scrum experience to bring structure, clarity, and execution rigor to a complex and fast-evolving digital ecosystem. This role sits within Enterprise Content & Digital Strategy (ECDS) and partners closely with IT and cross-functional business teams to align priorities, streamline delivery, and improve how work gets done across dozens of platforms and initiatives. The Director will partner with IT to establish and scale modern delivery practices, improve organizational clarity around priorities and investments, and ensure that digital and technology work is aligned to strategic outcomes. This leader will operate at both the strategic and operational levels—shaping governance and portfolio direction while also driving execution rigor across teams.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can bring order to fragmented processes, and is skilled at balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery management. This person will play a critical role in improving Agile practices, strengthening prioritization, and enabling more efficient use of resources across the organization.
