The Role

We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to join the Strategy, Program & Product (SPP) team. This is a senior, hands-on role at the intersection of program execution, product thinking, and emerging-technology fluency. You will move problem statements through to production solutions, working as a peer to technical and strategic leads across a portfolio spanning computer vision, data infrastructure, and platform development. This is not a coordinator role. The person we hire shapes scope, sequences priorities, and holds the line on commitments including with vendors and external partners.

What You'll Own

• Problem-to-production pipeline. Translate ambiguous problem statements into scoped, sequenced workstreams. Partner with strategy, product, and engineering to drive them through to shipped solutions.
• Program governance. Run the operating cadence intake, weekly status, monthly portfolio review, quarterly planning across the portfolio.
• Milestone plans. Schedules, dependencies, critical path, resource allocation. Surface conflicts early; resolve or escape cleanly.
• Status and reporting. Concise, outcomes-focused communication to executive stakeholders and external partners.
• Risk and change management. Maintain a live risk register; broker scope and timeline changes through a clear change-control process.
• Vendor and partner coordination. Fold third-party deliverables into the same governance framework as internal work statement-of-work hygiene, milestone acceptance, integration.
• Technology awareness. Maintain working fluency in the AI, computer vision, and platform technologies the team is shipping. Flag opportunities and risks as the field evolves.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of program or project management experience within a technology, insurance, insurtech, or platform organization.
• A track record of owning cross-functional programs with executive visibility and material commercial stakes and delivering them on time and on budget.
• Product instinct. You have shipped or co-owned products, not just run projects. You pressure-test scope, identify the highest-leverage cut of a problem, and know the difference between a feature and a milestone.
• AI and emerging-technology fluency. You read technical roadmaps, interrogate ML and CV estimates, and follow the foundation-model, agentic-systems, and platform landscape closely enough to challenge engineering assumptions and spot opportunity.
• Strong written communication. You produce the briefs, status memos, and decision records that keep a distributed team aligned without standing meetings.
• Operational rigor. Comfortable with the unglamorous work of schedules, dependency maps, risk logs, and change control. Does not skip steps under pressure.
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable certification.
• Prior experience in property, insurance, real estate, or inspection-adjacent industries.
• Experience coordinating offshore or globally distributed teams across time zones.
