Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a telecom product team. This project involves rolling out an already defined product in the market, supporting new customers, and upgrading existing services. The role includes building and supporting new processes and systems, managing tracking and reporting mechanisms for the product rollout, and operationalizing the product through internal processes such as data analysis, sales facilitation, and installation tracking. The position requires working closely with business analysis and technology teams to deliver supporting tools, data, and processes.

This position is based in St. Louis, MO, and requires on-site work five days a week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. We do not work C2C.

Responsibilities

• Support project management for a large product team during new rollout, including process and system development
• Manage reporting and tracking functionalities of the product
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring progress and cohesion
• Collaborate across teams and act as a consensus builder to implement change
• Identify new customers, facilitate sales processes, and coordinate with technology teams on new tools or systems

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

• At least 5+ years of proven project management experience, familiar with methodologies and planning
• Experience in telecommunications, internet, or broadband industry is necessary
• Proven leadership skills, able to manage large teams with calm and clarity
• Experience with Wi-Fi products, internet, and Wi-Fi deployments from a product perspective
• Operational experience, such as field deployment, is preferred
• Familiarity with multi-tenant/MDU customer relationships is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field

Compensation

For Colorado-based roles, the hourly rate ranges from $70-85, depending on experience, education, skills, location, and certifications. This is a long-term consulting position.
