Job description

The Opportunity On behalf of our client, we are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and governance of a critical, enterprise-wide Job Architecture and FLSA Compliance Review Program. Required Qualifications & Essential Skills
  • Program Leadership: Proven track record leading enterprise-wide HR, Compensation, or Organizational Transformation programs within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional ability to build consensus, drive alignment, and influence stakeholders at all levels (from operational managers to executive leadership) without direct authority.
  • Analytical & Compliance Mindset: strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills, with experience reviewing job content, organizational design, or compliance frameworks (FLSA knowledge is highly preferred).
  • Communication & Presentation: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex HR, Legal, and analytical data into concise executive presentations.
  • Organization & Detail: Advanced organizational, project management, and prioritization abilities with a sharp eye for audit-level detail.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated resilience and agility in leading change and managing dynamic business priorities.

  • Stakeholder Alignment & SMEs: Facilitate structured review sessions and interviews with department heads, People Business Partners, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate actual job responsibilities vs. documented roles.
  • Audits & Content Reconciliation: Conduct job audits to identify gaps between documented responsibilities and actual work performed, driving consensus on organizational design and role clarity.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify program risks, resource constraints, and cross-functional roadblocks, developing creative mitigation strategies to keep deliverables on schedule.
