Job summary

Bancroft in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Senior Program Associate to supervise and guide program participants in daily living activities, safety, and vocational tasks. You will also oversee direct care staff and manage site activities when the Program Manager is away.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with a BA in a related field preferred, and a minimum of two years of related experience or six months within Bancroft.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field desirable.
• BA in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience, or a minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in Bancroft is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others.
• Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.

Schedule: Monday though Friday 8a-4pm
