Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee manufacturing teams, including communicating job expectations, policies, procedures, developing personal growth opportunities, and training.
  2. Communicate planning, monitor, and appraise job results.
  3. Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures and systems.
  4. Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results on shift production summaries.
  5. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  6. Ensure equipment operation by scheduling repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  7. Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with policies and procedures.
  9. Resolve personnel issues by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending actions.
  10. Perform work as directed by the Manager.
