Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Construction/Installation Manager for Pacific, WA. You will supervise installation operations, lead five installation crews, manage revenue and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a safety-first culture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review all client interactions, and drive timely invoicing and payments. Two to five years in residential installation is preferred; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

2–5 years of progressive installation experience; residential/home improvement construction preferred.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of installation crews (5 crews).
Excellent communication with all levels of employees and clients.
Strong understanding of Materials/Supply Chain and Product Flow.
Dependable with thorough follow-up and responsiveness.
Team player.

Responsibilities

Supervise all production operations including installation methods, plumbing processes, vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.
Review installation situations with clients before, during and after install.
Manage Installation revenue and report success to leadership.
Provide leadership and training to achieve company goals and objectives.
Drive a safety-minded culture and ensure a safe work environment.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project invoicing and payment collection.
Conduct site visits meeting customers to review experience.

Construction/Installation Manager job duties

Supervising all production operations such as installation methods, plumbing processes, vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for handling and reviewing installation situations with clients prior, during and post install.
Manages and monitors a team of Installation crews responsible for installing, servicing and repairing bath and shower systems.
Conducts site visits to include meeting with customers to review customer experience.
Managing Installation revenue, reporting success to leadership.
Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
Responsible for driving a safety-minded culture and ensuring a safe work environment.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project invoicing and payment collection.

Construction/Installation Manager Experience

2 to 5 years of progressive installation experience (Experience in residential, home improvement construction preferred)
Leadership skills to motivate staff and manage an Installation team (5 Installation Crews)
Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients.
Strong understanding of Materials/Supply Chain and Product Flow
Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness
