We are seeking a skilled Production Artist with a passion for graphic design and production to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our high-quality brand presence within the homebuilding industry. This role involves collaborating with internal marketing teams to execute projects accurately, ensure quality standards, and deliver consistent visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Collaboration: Partner with senior team members to ideate and execute creative projects collaboratively.
2. Project Alignment: Understand project goals, meet expectations, and adhere to brand and industry standards.
3. Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to gather assets and resources.
4. Quality Assurance: Verify that all assets meet visual quality and functionality standards.
5. Trend Awareness: Keep updated on latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
6. Print Production Support: Coordinate with printing partners for quality reproduction and timely delivery.
7. Organizational Excellence: Maintain organized workflows, including file management and version control.

Requirements:

1. 3-10 years of experience in design and art direction, especially in print and digital production.
2. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Canva, Airtable, Microsoft Office is a plus.
3. Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
4. Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
6. Knowledge of digital design trends for web and mobile.
7. Preferred: Mac proficiency and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
