Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sr Product Owner to drive omnichannel fulfillment initiatives, including ship-to-home, buy online pickup, and store-based services. You will translate business needs into a strategic product plan and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

The role emphasizes agile product management, user story creation, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a retail environment.

Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant work experience as a product owner or similar.
Experience as a Sr Product Owner in a software development enterprise.
Retail industry experience is preferred.
Experience with Order Management and Omni-Fulfillment products.
Proficient in agile product management practices and stakeholder communication.
Experience creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate product strategy and backlog based on user needs and business value.
Lead cross-functional teams through complex product development initiatives.
Develop hypotheses, conduct user research, and validate with stakeholders.
Define and prioritize user stories; integrate them into release plans.
Mentor other product owners and stay current with industry trends.
