Citizens is seeking a Product Marketing Partner for our Home Equity business to shape strategy, build high-impact plans, and support multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, acquisition, utilization, and retention.

You will partner with the Home Lending Marketing Growth Strategist to translate customer insights into end-to-end marketing strategies and guide campaigns, while exploring partnerships and optimizing performance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in marketing, executing digital and multichannel lead generation and/or brand campaigns.
• Customer-centric approach to marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Become subject matter expert on our Home Equity product offering and customer experience.
• Gather and analyze market, consumer and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies
• Shape how customer insights translate into end-to-end marketing strategy and execution
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy
• Own marketing calendar
• Support strategy and creative development for product launches.
• Guide value proposition messaging
• Explore new marketing partnerships, media opportunities and strategies
• Partner with Marketing Manager to write/review creative briefs
• Support multi-channel lifecycle programs that drive engagement and growth
• Monitor campaign performance, customer behavior, and category trends to identify optimization opportunities

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Product Marketing Partner to join our cross-functional marketing team to help us accelerate growth for our Home Equity business. In this job, you will partner directly with the Home Lending Marketing Growth Strategist to help shape marketing strategy, build high-impact plans, and support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, customer acquisition, utilization, and retention. Primary Responsibilities Include

• Become subject matter expert on our Home Equity product offering and customer experience.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications And/or Other Professional Credentials

• 5-8 years of experience in marketing, executing digital and multichannel lead generation and/or brand campaigns

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex business needs into clear, customer-focused messaging.

• Proven ability to translate customer data and insights into end-to-end marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.


• Strong ability to collaborate across functions, influence partners, and manage priorities.


• Lifecycle marketing, journey mapping a plus.

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40


• Work Schedule: M-F 8:30 - 5:30, Hybrid schedule, 4 days in office in Westwood, MA and 1 day remote.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $122,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
