We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, SEI in the United States.
We seek a strategic and technically savvy Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives for a high-impact Software Engineering Intelligence (SEI) platform. Your role will involve crafting compelling messaging, developing product positioning, and creating enablement tools that resonate with engineering leaders and technical decision-makers. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, demand generation, and content teams to drive product adoption and market growth. If you have a deep understanding of software development workflows and a passion for translating complex technology into clear value, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a leading SEI product.

Accountabilities:
  1. Lead the development of strategic positioning and messaging across multiple segments within the SEI category
  2. Create and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features in close collaboration with product and sales teams
  3. Produce impactful enablement materials such as sales decks, battle cards, and interactive demos
  4. Collaborate with content teams to create case studies, white papers, and thought leadership assets
  5. Train internal teams and partners on product updates and competitive differentiation
  6. Engage with customers and industry experts to gather feedback, refine positioning, and identify advocacy opportunities
  7. Support co-marketing efforts with strategic partners and contribute to ecosystem development initiatives
Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise software or developer tools
  2. Strong familiarity with the software development lifecycle, Git workflows, CI/CD, and SEI platforms
  3. Proven success launching and scaling technical products in competitive markets
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  5. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  6. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and leading without authority
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategy
