We are seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on our global TAVI procedural marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a strategic, execution- focused product marketing leader with the ability to shape end‑to‑end product strategy, lead holistic portfolio commercial strategy, and partner closely with U.S. and global field teams. The position offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence cross‑functional and business leadership while driving meaningful patient and customer impact.
Travel: Approximately 30%, including domestic and select global travel. Onsite Requirement: Minimum 4 days per week onsite, supporting Medtronic’s commitment to collaboration and in‑person engagement. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$133,600.00 - $200,400.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
