Job summary

Medtronic in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on global TAVI procedural marketing strategy to shape end-to-end product strategy and partner with U.S. and global field teams to drive adoption and impact.

The role demands strategic leadership, strong analytics, and the ability to influence across sales, R&D, regulatory, and operations; frequent travel and a strong onsite presence are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, consulting, or related commercial roles.
  • Product launch and/or procedural launch experience highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership presence with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own procedure marketing strategy for a suite of products within our TAVR business, including launch planning and in-market optimization.
  • Lead product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development grounded in clinical evidence, customer insights, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure disciplined execution and continuous improvement through data, market insights, and field feedback, maintaining brand differentiation.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders across sales, medical education, clinical, R&D, regulatory, quality, legal, marketing communications, and supply chain.
  • Act as a key product marketing partner to U.S. and global field teams to inform strategy and support execution.
