Qualifications

We Are Hiring
  • Department: Studio Engagement Services
  • Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 8-5 pm CT
  • Location: Remote
What You Will Do

As a Sr. Product Manager on the Engagement Services team, you will understand consumer needs and behaviors, advocating for a frictionless consumer experience. You will collaborate with product teams to define support and roadmap for your portfolio's products. Your leadership skills, data analysis, storytelling, and logic will influence teammates, stakeholders, and executives. You should be comfortable working with development teams and presenting to executive stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the product visionary for large, complex, or multiple Scrum teams creating functionality mainly on the Salesforce platform.
  • Manage and lead the product throughout its entire lifecycle, including discovery, requirements management, execution, and release.
  • Understand the business vision, needs, values, and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain Product Roadmaps.
  • Mentor other Product Managers and help shape the product culture within Ascension.
  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the product team, managing expectations.
  • Prioritize business needs to optimize delivery efforts (build the right thing).
  • Work closely with the team to build an MVP that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure the team aligns with the stakeholder vision and manage product health and evolution.
  • Define, measure, and analyze key product metrics to understand how the product drives business goals.
  • Forecast and report status to leadership along with the Scrum master.
  • Perform UAT if stakeholders are unavailable.
  • Create training documents as needed.
  • Track and report on product initiatives and milestones progress.
  • Identify and provide audience-appropriate metrics in various formats (team, manager, executive).
Required Experience/Skills:
  • 4-6+ years of experience as a Product Manager for development teams, with 2-3 years specifically in Salesforce Health or Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience creating Roadmaps.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile standards, metrics, and KPIs gained through experience.
  • Openness to new ideas, mentoring, coaching, and training others.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, a positive mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to drive solutions.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma with 3 years of experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of relevant experience.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
