Job summary

Serve Robotics Inc in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Operations & Commercialization to translate the needs of operators, field teams, merchants, customers and partners into capabilities that improve delivery quality, fleet utilization and cost efficiency.

You will partner with Operations, Growth, Engineering and commercial teams to drive products from discovery through launch, using data and field insight to prioritize high-impact improvements and scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience taking software products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience building tools or platforms for operationally complex environments such as logistics, mobility, marketplaces or field workflows.
• Strong user-discovery skills and translating frontline workflows and partner feedback into requirements.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, connected systems and product analytics; collaborate with Engineering and Design.
• Demonstrated ability to define metrics to improve reliability, delivery quality and efficiency.
• Strong prioritisation and judgment to balance competing problems with changing evidence.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or LLMs to accelerate data analysis and prototyping.
• Track record of shipping iteratively with Engineering and maintaining release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own products from concept through launch and iteration; define statements of problems, requirements and success criteria.
• Translate needs of operators, field teams, merchants, customers and partners into high-impact priorities.
• Define success measures for operational performance, delivery quality and cost efficiency.
• Build scalable workflows for supervision, deployment and dispatch of robot fleets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Growth, Engineering, Autonomy, Data, Safety and commercial teams.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled tools to explore data, identify root causes, and prototype improvements.
