Blue Acorn iCi is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). This position is a hybrid role, requiring the candidate to work onsite 2-3 days per week in the Dallas/Plano, TX area.

The Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of data-centric solutions within our marketing technology ecosystem. The role suits a strategic thinker with a technical foundation in customer data platforms (CDPs), data warehousing (Snowflake), and enterprise MarTech stacks.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, data science, marketing, and business units to define technical requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable MarTech solutions. Essential skills include data architecture, cloud technologies (AWS & Azure), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), SQL, Python, and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own product end-to-end for cross-platform solutions, including crafting, managing, and communicating product vision and strategy, technical capabilities, and operability.
  • Assess client needs through structured requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to prioritize immediate business needs.
  • Develop and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for business solutions.
  • Recommend business process redesigns and documentations for new technology implementations.
  • Communicate technical recommendations to directors and stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements for technical teams and ensure alignment with project scope.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience in technology or marketing tech sectors.
  • Proven experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data warehouses, especially Snowflake.
  • Strong background in managing MarTech solutions, including digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of data management, integration, and warehousing principles.
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools like marketing automation platforms, CRM, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar languages for data analysis.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data system integration.
  • Strong product management skills, including lifecycle management, roadmaps, and prioritization.
  • Ability to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Market research, user research, and competitive analysis skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the marketing technology landscape and digital marketing technologies.
