Position Summary

Blue Acorn iCi is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). This position is hybrid, requiring onsite work 2-3 days per week in the Dallas/Plano, TX area.

The Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of data-centric solutions within our marketing technology ecosystem. This role suits a strategic thinker with a technical foundation in CDPs, data warehousing (Snowflake), and enterprise MarTech stacks.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, and business units to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable MarTech solutions. Essential skills include data architecture, cloud technologies (AWS & Azure), AEP (Adobe Experience Platform), SQL, Python, and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own product end-to-end for cross-platform solutions, including vision, strategy, capabilities, and operability.
• Assess client needs through structured requirements gathering and analysis to prioritize business needs.
• Develop and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for solutions.
• Recommend and document business process redesigns for new technology implementations.
• Communicate technical recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements meet client needs within project scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Business, or related; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in product management within technology or MarTech sectors.
• Experience with CDPs and data warehouses, especially Snowflake.
• Strong background in managing MarTech solutions and related tools.
• Knowledge of data management, integration, and warehousing principles.
• Familiarity with MarTech tools, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong product management skills, including lifecycle management, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Ability to conduct market and user research, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
