Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Life Cycle Management for the Xenium in situ platform in Pleasanton, CA. You will oversee install base health, platform performance, and growth strategies to maximize value.

You will develop lifecycle plans, coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and support, and manage product updates and communications. Travel up to 30% may be required in support of global lifecycle initiatives.

Role:

Responsibilities:

develop lifecycle strategies, act as customer advocate, coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and support teams to resolve issues, manage product updates and communication, oversee supply/demand planning, and track key KPIs such as revenue and install-base health.

Requirements:

BS in life sciences, 6+ years in life sciences marketing or customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, experience in market research and product requirements.

Preferred:

experience with spatial transcriptomics, spatial proteomics, imaging platforms, and managing capital instrument installed bases; proficiency in genomics and NGS technologies; ability to influence cross-functionally.
