Job summary

10x Genomics, a leader in biology tools, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Life Cycle Management of the Xenium In Situ platform.

You will own lifecycle strategy, drive customer feedback, and coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and service to keep products performing in the field. The role requires strong communication, market research skills, and experience developing product requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in life science required.
• 6+ years of marketing experience in Life Sciences.
• Experience with customer interactions in Sales/BD/Marketing.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience conducting market research and developing product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own life cycle management strategy for Xenium In Situ platform and consumables.
• Represent on-market products as primary customer and field advocate.
• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, marketing, sales, and service to resolve product issues.
• Own customer-facing and internal product change notifications and communications.
• Manage supply/demand planning and forecasting for instruments and consumables.
• Own business case, financial assumptions, and revenue targets with product and finance teams.
• Track product KPIs like revenue, margin and install-base health.
