Job summary

10x Genomics is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Life Cycle Management to own install base health, performance, and sustaining growth for the Xenium in situ platform and consumables.

You will partner with product, finance, and cross-functional teams to drive lifecycle strategies and customer outcomes. You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, and service to resolve issues, implement changes, and forecast demand.

Qualifications

• BS in life science field required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing in Life Sciences.
• Experience in customer interactions in Sales, Business Development or Marketing.
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience conducting market research and developing detailed product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the life cycle management strategy for Xenium In Situ platform and consumables.
• Serve as primary customer and field advocate for on-market products.
• Interface with R&D, manufacturing operations, and service/support to resolve product issues.
• Own customer-facing and internal product change notifications and communication to cross-functional teams.
• Manage supply/demand planning and forecasting for instruments and consumables.
• Own business case, financial assumptions, and revenue targets for Xenium in partnership with product and finance teams.
• Track product line KPIs (revenue, margin, install-base health).
