Paymentus is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead our roadmap and develop an innovative product with a world-changing impact on the future of disbursements.

The role focuses on Insurance and disbursement products, requiring collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end product development and successful launches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, with 3 years specifically supporting Insurance/disbursement products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science; MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to dive into the technical details as required.
• Track record in balancing product priorities against budget and timelines.

Key Qualifications

• Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Travel up to 5-15% may be required depending on business needs.
