Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across web and app platforms to improve key funnel metrics.

Work closely with Engineering to build scalable growth features and with Marketing to align paid/organic traffic with high-converting product experiences.

Partner with Data and Analytics to define and track North Star metrics and leading indicators

Lead a dedicated or cross-functional growth squad, managing backlogs and sprints with a high velocity of shipping.

Clearly communicate results, learnings, and tradeoffs to executive and cross-functional stakeholders

Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, enabling personalization, lifecycle marketing, content operations, and experimentation through technology.
